Outbound Planner; English Speaker

Responsibilities

• Make a plan for delivery of vehicle finished goods to destination as requested by customers.
• Choose the vendor transport and confirm that the received order is delivered.
• Distribute the list of outbound plans to customers, office team, outbound team, security and transporter.
• Arrange trucking for transporters or vendors.
• Regularly monitor the flow process according to outbound procedures and update progress for picking team, washing, accessories, PDI, Alarm team, pending list and all documents DL & PDI.
• Update data on all units moving.
• Report to customer, supervisor and manager.

• Bachelor degree or higher in Logistics Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related majors.
• Minimum two years of working experience in a related field (Outbound Planner or Transport Planner experience is a plus).
• Driving licence and driving ability is a plus.
• Fluent in English (verbal & written);
  Mandarin is a plus.
• Able to handle pressure and work in a team when required.
• Capable of working independently when required.
• Good technical ability with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Access).
