Tugas / Tanggung Jawab
- Melakukan tugas utama bagian / posisi staff administrasi
- Photocopy dan memeriksa alat operasinal penunjang kinerja kantor
- Membuat DO / Pembukuan
- Tagihan faktur admin pajak
- Merekap pekerjaan bagian admin penjualan
- Membuat list daftar piutang
- Mengatur jadwal pengiriman barang
- Follow up tagihan ke customer
- Membuat surat jalan keluar
- Menerima dan mengecek barang masuk ke gudang
- Membuat laporan stok gudang
- Mengecek stok gudang apabila ada permintaan
- Membantu bagian back office, staff gudang, staff accounting, finance, audit, dan front office staff
- Berdomisili di Cilegon
- Pendidikan minimal SMA / SMK (Admin Operasional)
- Pendidikan minimal Diploma (D1, D2, D3, D4) / Sarjana (S1) (Kepala dan Supervisor Admin)
- Pengalaman di bidang administrasi gudang, perkantoran, maupun pertokoan (disukai)
- Fresh Graduate Wellcome
- Dapat bekerja dengan menggunakan Microsoft Office, Excel, dan Power Point
- Dapat bekerja dalam sebuah team work
- Bersedia bekerja di bawah pimpinan maupun tekanan
- Teliti, jujur, dan bertanggung jawab
- Bersedia lembur jika dibutuhkan
