CAA Productive Maintenance Engineer

• Manage Operational Excellence (OpEx) and Management System strategically driven activities at all Company's function to ensure that Company's objective and target are achieved and deployed to all stakeholder
• Create and control standards and/or procedures related to the Company’s Operational Excellence (OpEx) and Management System activities in order to standardize all OpEx activities within the Company
• Manage and analyze OpEx and Management System activities effectiveness by auditing including routine meeting and prepare the report such monthly meeting / report, etc
• Communicate program, standard / procedure, information related with OpEx from Management to shop floor / other stakeholder and vice versa
• Active prepare OpEx promotion / champaign in many ways such organize some big Company event in order to raise awareness and interests of related parties.
• Coordinate, conduct, facilitate, evaluate daily-monthly-yearly OpEx activities including problem solving in each area responsibility
• Develop, control, and maintain system/tools related TPM implementation such AROL, Action Register, Daily dashboard, etc to ensure the system are well monitored and accessible for all.
• Introduce, initiate and giving consultation for TPM implementation and awereness of management system
• Act as internal auditor for Integrated Management System (IAMS) Audit and/or other Operational audit

• Bachelor Degree majoring in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering.
• 1 year of similar working experience, however fresh graduates with good knowledge in chemical process are welcome to apply.
• Good communications & analytical thinking skill.
• Demonstrate good understanding about production flow.
• Good in English skill both spoken & written.

This position will be based in Site Office Cilegon.
