PE & Bagging Electrical Technician

Responsibilities

• Carry out all routine/non-routine maintenance work related to electrical equipment, including regular maintenance patrols, evaluating and taking necessary action to fix any electrical problems or following up on problems found in the previous shift.
• Implement electrical field activity to follow work instructions and procedures correctly, increasing productivity and keeping the production process smooth.
• Check and identify electrical equipment problems to specify root causes and achieve correct equipment rectification.
• Implement safe working practices and good housekeeping in the Electrical Maintenance team, in accordance with safety, health, environment, and Quality Management systems.
• Conduct proper waste handling as an impact of these activities to comply with relevant environmental laws and regulations.
• Directly responsible for the shift contractor who assists in performing shift tasks.
• Perform clear written and oral communication with operations, other shift teams, and contractors during job execution; record and report any abnormalities immediately to the relevant section/department.

• D3 in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic, or Instrument Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician; experience handling packaging machines is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of high or low voltage equipment and electrical symbols.
• Basic English proficiency required.
