Electrical, Instrumentation, And Control Supervisor

Serve as the primary technical escalation point for analyzing breakdowns within electrical and automation systems.

Manage work schedules and develop the technical competencies of the EIC technician team.

Supervise and ensure performance compliance of contractors/vendors on-site.

Manage the availability of critical spare parts to support operational requirements.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance, specifically as an EIC Supervisor.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Physics/Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering preferred).
• Proficient in PLC/DCS programming, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Advanced proficiency in calibration, testing, and using measurement tools such as HART Communicators, Dead Load Testing Equipment, and Signal Generators.
• Capable of performing Control System Optimization & Alarm Management.
• Strong understanding of Process Safety and Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS / SIL).
• Proficient in reading, interpreting, and redlining technical documentation, including P&IDs, SLD, Loop Drawings, and Wiring/Schematic Diagrams.
• Sharp logical analysis skills for tracing faults or signal disturbances from field devices to controller.
• Proficient in operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Power Distribution Systems (HV/LV).
• Experience in configuration, installation, and repair of Variable Speed Drives (VSD/VFD) and industrial electric motors.
• Proven experience in leading technician teams, scheduling maintenance activities (preventive/corrective), and supervising contractor/vendor execution.
• Capable of managing EIC modification projects, spare parts management, and commissioning new equipment.
• Highly conscious of HSE implementation, including Permit to Work (PTW) systems and LOTO (Lockout‑Tag Out) protocols.
• Proficient in maintenance of online field analytical instruments, such as O2 Analyzers and Gas Detectors.
