Reliability Management Sr. Engineer

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and/or participate in the investigation of all Operational Reliability Incidents through failure analysis tools with the aim of achieving ongoing continuous improvement.
• Facilitate reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) to define equipment maintenance strategy.
• Conduct equipment strategy planning optimization by cost analysis, maintenance work ratio, and benchmarking.
• Collect and analyze reliability data, maintenance cost, equipment bad actors and SAP data for proactive action to improve the condition.
• Facilitate and/or participate in Operational Reliability Incident Rating using Risk Assessment Matrix to manage threat and opportunity.
• Facilitate equipment criticality analysis using a risk-based approach.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Physics Engineering.
• Have 5 years of experience in a similar position in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industry.
• Deep knowledge of structured approaches to operational reliability improvement (risk-based matrix).
• Good knowledge of and capable to develop Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Operational/Reliability Hazard Analysis, Fault Tree Analysis, Single Point of Failure Concept, and other required analyses.
• Good knowledge of CMMS SAP, PI system and other asset management software preferred.
• Good communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

This position will be placed at Site Office Cilegon.
