Industrial Planning Analyst (Global Trainee

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering.
• Maximum 4 years of working experience in the area of industrial planning at manufacturing industry managing process control and costing and forecasting.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good knowledge of basic Microsoft office applications (Excel, access, word, etc.). The ability to use Power BI is a major advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, having proficient English level both in written and conversation.
• Passionate for industrial business and manufacturing environment.
• Good team player, proactive, eager to learn, resilience, result oriented, and always curious for improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

• Carries out Industrial Engineering jobs for the plants, conducting Industrial Engineering studies, cost analysis of the production process and benchmarks across Tenaris plants.
• Develops homogeneous industrial models that ensure coherence of decisions in all processes and Production Units.
• Meets the annual operation and industrial cost budget monitoring monthly costs per area, verifying correct allocation to the monthly closing, analyzing the Cost System on a regular basis.
• Analyzes investments based on priorities depending on economic criteria.
• Analyzes improvement opportunities, performing benchmarks across Tenaris plants and interacting with Operations area.
• Develops and manages a set of Key Performance Indicators to monitor and measure the area’s results.
• Analyzes information and prepares different deliverables as reports and processes. Gains deep knowledge of the processes he/she is exposed to.
• Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
