Korean Interpreter

We are seeking a talented Korean Interpreter to join our dynamic team at PT Krakatau Posco in Cilegon Banten. As a full‑time role, you will play a vital part in facilitating seamless communication between our Korean stakeholders and our local staff, ensuring the success of our operations.

• Providing accurate and timely interpretation between Korean and Indonesian/English in a variety of settings, including meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Translating written documents, reports, and correspondence between Korean and Indonesian/English
• Assisting in the coordination of cross‑cultural activities and events
• Serving as a cultural liaison, providing insights and guidance to ensure effective collaboration between Korean and Indonesian/English‑speaking parties
• Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
• Contributing to the overall success of the organisation by supporting effective communication and understanding

• Fluency in both Korean and Indonesian/English, with the ability to interpret and translate between the languages with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in all three languages
• Excellent interpersonal and cross‑cultural communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in a similar interpretation or translation role, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting
• Familiarity with business terminology and protocols in both Korean and Indonesian/English
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
