Chandra Asri is currently expanding its portfolio in the energy sector and incorporating its asset as well as operational infrastructure to supports the expansion plan of the second world-scale integrated petrochemical complex in Indonesia, CAP
2.

• Lead and coordinate all shift operations for the entire CA plant (Brine, Electrolysis, Cl2/H2/HCl Treatment, Evaporation), ensuring all activities (start-up, shutdown, routine) are executed safely and efficiently.
• Champion shift safety and act as the primary authority. Ensure all maintenance and non-routine work is risk-assessed and executed in strict compliance with LOTO and JSA procedures.
• Act as the shift's designated Incident/Field Commander, leading the team's response to all plant upsets, alarms, and emergencies to safely control and stabilize the unit per procedure.
• Monitor overall plant stability and product quality in conjunction with the Board Operator. Authorize process adjustments to maintain operations within safe operating limits and quality specifications.
• Manage the on-shift team (Board/Field Operators), ensuring disciplined shift handovers, assigning field tasks, managing operator rounds, and coaching team members.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for shift maintenance. Identify and report equipment defects via SAP notifications and ensure equipment is properly prepared (isolated, purged, decontaminated) for safe work execution.
• Ensure accurate and detailed shift logbooks, production reports, and incident reports are completed. Liaise with other sections to coordinate utility and product flows.

• Min. D3 majoring in Chemical Engineering.
• Min. 5 years working experience as Supervisor.
• Have experience in Chlor Alkali plant is preferred.
• Computer literate using Ms. Office in daily activities.
• Good in english skills both spoken & written.
• Willing to working as shift schedule.

This position will be placed at Site Office Cilegon (CAA)
