Utility Operation Board Operator; CAA

• Monitor, operate and adjust parameter on DCS to meet target operation by following SOPs for several units such as Boilers, Steam System, Water Treatment (WT), Wastewater Treatment (WWT), Cooling Water, Firefighting, Plant Air System, Fuel Gas System.
• Coordinate with SSV for adjusting operation parameter to meet daily target operation.
• Address alarms, deviations, and emergency conditions and take corrective action to maintain safe and reliable operations.
• Collaborate with SSV, field operator and maintenance for any activities on the field.
• Document operational data, production rates, equipment performance, and any incidents or deviations from normal operations in logbooks (Board operator check list).
• Participate in process optimization and efficiency improvement projects, suggest improvements, and implement best practices to enhance plant performance.
• Monitor CCTV for utility area and coordinate with field operator.
• Monitor lab results and adjust parameters accordingly for each area.
• Communicate with board operators in other plants regarding operational conditions to ensure alignment of processes.
• Arrange product movement activities safely and efficiently to ensure compliance with SOP.

• Diploma 3 in Chemical Engineering. Other relevant engineering backgrounds are welcome.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as Board Operator / DCS.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in plant operations, preferably in chemical or petrochemical industries (experience in chlor‑alkali plant is an advantage).
• Good teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Good English skills both spoken and written.

This position will be placed at Site Office Cilegon (Chandra Asri Alkali).
