EDC Operation Supervisor

Chandra Asri is currently expanding its portfolio in the energy sector and incorporating its asset as well as operational infrastructure to supports the expansion plan of the second world‑scale integrated petrochemical complex in Indonesia, CAP
2.

• Oversee all operational shift activities.
• Oversee all plant operations, including routine and non‑routine tasks, by verifying permits for maintenance and adhering to necessary procedures as required.
• Document and report any additional activities during the shift.
• Conduct patrols within the local area.
• Collaborate with truck/forklift drivers, field operators, and warehouse teams to coordinate chemical stock and fuel management.
• Verify any findings reported by field operators and create SAP notifications and coordinate with maintenance if the findings are confirmed.
• Present a summary inventory indicating the flow rates of raw materials, chemicals, and products per shift.
• Compile shift supervisor report of Morning, Afternoon, Night Shift.
• Distribute and report to EDC team members and management.
• Coordinate product/utility flow and condition to OSBL and CA team.
• Assume the role of Field Commander (FC) during emergency situations as per Emergency Respond Procedure.
• Serve as a backup board operator for the Distributed Control System (DCS) when necessary.
• Coordinate with Planning Team in the morning regards to Daily Production Target.

• Min. D3 majoring in Chemical Engineering.
• Min. 5 years working experience as Supervisor.
• Have experience in EDC plant is preferred.
• Computer literate using Ms. Office in daily activities.
• Good in english skills both spoken & written.
• Willing to working as shift schedule.

This position will be placed at Site Office Cilegon (CAA)
