Technical Support – Polyurethane Binder Ink (NPD)

Support marketing team for market penetration of the product

Conducting application test of the products in the laboratory

Preparing and conducting plant trial of the product in customer

Preparing and complying technical data under ISO procedure.

Monitoring delivery and quality of the product to/in customers.

Handle customer complain and seeking method to overcome.

Maintain good relationship with customer.

Collecting data of experience and expectation of customer to the product

Making reports timely on visits to customers and presenting them.

Requirements :

Minimum bachelor degree (S1) in chemistry/chemical engineeing

Have knowledge and experience in application of PU binder ink

Have knowledge and experience in R&D in flexible packaging will be advantage.

Have knowledge and experience in developing the PU binder ink will be advantage.

Have soft skills such as problem solving,leadership,ccommunication skill, target orientation, customer care, and building trust and personal accountability.

Fluency in English (advantage).

Regular placement will be in Merak – Banten, and travel to domestic or overseas customers
