Management System Analyst

• Acts as a coordinator to ensure the performance of the management system is measurable and well-coordinated through analysis of daily audits, planned internal/2nd party audits (Supplier), and the its effectiveness of proactive actions on audit findings.
• Act as the lead internal auditor in verifying the system through planned internal audits or second-party audits (Supplier).
• Acting as a consultant in delivering effectivenes recommendations on the implementation of management systems across all functions in order towards operational excellence.
• Acts as a coordinator in ensuring the Management Review Meeting (MRM) is planned and conducted effectively.
• Acts as a coordinator in validating the accuracy of documents (Procedures/Work Instructions), providing feedback and controlling them, as well as ensuring the effective utilizing of the ECDC application.
• Monitor and ensure all findings including OFI, Minor, or Improvement without overdue status.

• Bachelor's degree majoring in Engineering, preferrably from Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years experience in management system implementation, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and SMK3, coming from petrochemical industry is preferred.
• Hands‑on experience in developing and implementing ISO 9001, ISO 14001 etc. within a chemical or olefin production.
• Experience conducting process audits, system audits, and thematic audits for production and utilities.
• Understanding of petrochemical processes, especially olefin production (e.g. ethylene, propylene via steam cracking).
• Able to communicate effectively with all stakeholder, as well as internal team.

This position will be based in Site Office Cilegon.
