Technology, NPI, Quality & Lab Manager

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Food Technology.

Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in QA, QC, and Laboratory functions.

Solid knowledge and practical experience in Quality Control (QC) systems within a food or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

Having experience in QA audit systems.

Having strong knowledge of Quality Management Standards (ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000, GMP, Halal, and other applicable standards)

SPC (Statistical Process Control) certification/training with practical experience in manufacturing process monitoring and improvement.

Willing to be placed at PT Sentra Usahatama Jaya (a member of Samora Group), Cilegon, Banten.

• Control the quality of raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, and by-products.
• Manage the procurement of chemicals and operational materials.
• Ensure the accuracy and timely distribution of refining reports.
• Issue COAs for finished sugar products and final molasses, and ROAs for raw sugar and in-process materials.
• Prepare performance and auxiliary material consumption reports to ensure that operational processes run normally, effectively, and efficiently.
• Handle customer complaints and product returns.
• Analyze and resolve quality, food safety, and supply chain issues.
• Evaluate product, process, and packaging developments prior to implementation.
