Supervisor Store

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to assist in the daily management of their store in Tangerang
. You will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager, leading the sales team, and ensuring operational efficiency and excellent customer service. This position requires a proactive individual who can motivate staff, handle customer issues, and contribute to achieving store sales targets. You will gain valuable experience in retail management, contributing to a positive and productive store environment.

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and staff activities.
• Supervise and coach sales associates, ensuring adherence to service standards and sales goals.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and merchandising.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting.

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory or senior sales associate role.
