Project Manager – Warehouse

PT Lotte Global Logistics Indonesia is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager – Warehouse to support our logistics operation in the Lotte Chemical Indonesia Project, Merak
.

Manage and oversee overall warehouse and supply chain operations.

Ensure the effective and safe utilization of warehouse equipment.

Coordinate with warehouse and smelter areas regarding the discharge and handling of goods/imported materials.

Monitor overall supply chain team performance to ensure operational targets are achieved.

Ensure warehouse operations comply with applicable procedures and safety standards.

Implement and maintain warehouse management processes in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.

Coordinate warehouse, transportation, inventory, and related operational activities.

Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.

Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management
.

Strong understanding of warehouse management procedures and operations
.

Strong understanding of transport management procedures
.

Good knowledge of inventory management and inventory control
.

Familiar with chemical/material handling
, particularly plastic resin (biji plastik).

Familiar with ISO 9001 and its implementation in warehouse operations.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point .

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Good command of English
, both written and verbal.

Korean language proficiency is an advantage
.

Strong leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and people-management skills.

Willing to be placed at the company's operational location as required.
