Amrize is seeking a Plant Production Supervisor at our Portland Cement Plant in CO to oversee safety, quality and production on a rotating two-week days/nights schedule with 12-hour shifts. You will lead a team of about 21 direct reports across day and night shifts and ensure a safe, compliant operation.
You'll supervise processes, coordinate with lab, use SAP to issue work orders and manage costs, and maintain ISO quality and environmental standards.
