Senior Accountant – Cincinnati, Ohio

Pay Range: $85,000.00 - $ per year

Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 + bonus

What We're Looking For:

• The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a similar field from an accredited university.
• This person must have experience in public accounting OR strong technical accounting experience.
• CPA or Masters preferred.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Research new accounting pronouncements.
• Ensure that internal and external financial statements are in compliance with GAAP requirements.
• Lead implementations of new accounting standards.
• Assist in the consolidated financial preparation process.
• Arrange audits, special projects, and reviews.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and implement new procedures based on testing results.
• Ensure all earning release deadlines are met.
• Work alongside external auditors to ensure they have all required information.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and projects as needed.
