Are you a high-performing CPA seeking a long-term leadership opportunity? We have partnered with a respected, public accounting firm that is looking for a Tax Manager. You’ll be working closely with the current leadership team to manage high-level client relationships, mentor staff, and contribute to firm strategy and growth. The right candidate will join a team of professionals deeply invested in quality, integrity, and personal growth.
Responsibilities- Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, businesses, fiduciaries, and nonprofits
- Provide proactive tax planning and compliance consulting
- Lead and mentor team members while promoting a positive, high-performance culture
- Actively contribute to firm leadership, business development, and strategic initiatives
- Active CPA license required;
Master’s in Tax preferred - 5+ years in public accounting with demonstrated leadership
- Expertise in complex tax matters and strong general tax knowledge
- Strong communication, client service, and business development skills
- Experience with Ultra Tax, CCH, or Pro Systems tax software
