Vernovis is partnering with a high growth organization that is expanding its accounting team to help manage a high volume of new projects and large YoY increases in revenue.

• Responsible for ensuring timely completion of all month-end financial reporting tasks, and ensure department goals and objectives are achieved
• Generate reports including Revenue, A/R, and Job Cost
• Collaborate with Project Managers on monthly WIP reporting
• Month-end close and consolidations for multiple locations
• Manage and follow up on change order requests as it relates to maintaining an accurate project budget
• Financial Reporting – Prepare and distribute regular financial reports to project managers and/or senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and project status as instructed
• Continuous process improvement to ensure timely and accurate month-end close process

• 3+ years of project accounting
• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  
  Ability to lead small team of accountants on projects
