Corporate Accountant

We are searching for an experienced candidate who will be responsible for performing all basic accounting functions. These functions include reconciling payments, various re-occurring accounting related tasks, and will offer the ability to assist on special projects.

• Prepare and post journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes as needed
• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and efficiency
• Provide support during audits and other special projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–8 years of accounting experience preferred (internship experience considered)
• Solid understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team
