• Supervise, train, and develop the billing and cash application team
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice creation, distribution, and customer portal uploads
• Oversee the timely application of customer cash receipts
• Collaborate daily with Customer Service, Project Management, and other internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies, credit issuance, and order‑entry updates
• Partner with the Credit & Collections team on dispute resolution and collection matters
• Identify and implement AR process improvements and efficiency enhancements
• Analyze data, identify trends, and present process‑improvement recommendations
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for billing and cash application
• Support internal and external audits as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in business required
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts
• 5–10 years of professional experience in a similar AR leadership role
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proficient working in a large ERP and fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication skills across diverse stakeholders
