Carson Lynch has been engaged by another one of our long‑time clients to fill a Senior Manager role within their Corporate Accounting team!

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of a few direct reports.
• Oversee all GAAP compliance.
• Ensure the team is staying up to date on upcoming policy changes, as well as rolling out new procedures as required.
• Manage various complex accounting transactions.
• Own the revenue recognition, lease account standards, and more.
• Coordinate with external auditors on an annual basis.
• Assist on budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis efforts as the organization continues to grow & expand!
• Serve as a leader for all process improvement efforts.

Profile:

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
• CPA is preferred
• 8-10+ years of experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP , internal controls, and technical accounting.
• Ability to lead a team, develop cross‑functional relationships, and work with various leaders on special projects as assigned.
