The Mariemont Care Center is seeking an experienced Business Office Manager (BOM) to join our leadership team. This is a key role in the day-to-day operations of our facility and a great opportunity for the right candidate to step into a stable, supportive environment.

This role requires prior BOM experience in a long-term care setting. We are not able to train from scratch for this position.

• Oversee all business office functions including billing, accounts receivable, and resident trust

• Manage Medicare, Medicaid, and private pay billing with accuracy and timeliness

• Work closely with corporate billing, administration, and department heads

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations

• Handle resident and family financial questions professionally and compassionately

• Maintain organized, audit-ready financial records

• Supervise and support business office staff as applicable

• Previous BOM experience in long-term care is required

• Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid billing

• Solid understanding of AR, trust accounts, and financial reporting

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Professional communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership
