- Manage project accounting activities, including billing, invoicing, and accounts payable.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, commitments, and financial reporting.
- Partner with Project Managers to maintain accurate project financials.
- Assist with subcontractor payments, lien waivers, and compliance documentation.
- Support monthly reporting, reconciliations, and project closeout.
