Part Time Cashier Receptionist

Job Summary: The Receptionist/Cashier is responsible for taking payments, greeting visitors, scanning documents and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment. This oftentimes includes performing ad hoc administrative duties as needed.

Hiring Part-time

Compensation: $15 per hour paid weekly!

Hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 3:30-8:00 (through the winter we do close at
7) Saturday 12-5, and Sunday 11-3

Must be available to evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:

• Answer high volume of phones throughout the daily
• Taking payments for relevant orders
• Greet and receive prospects and customers
• Scanning documents
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
• Work cooperatively with the sales team
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
