Receptionist, Administrative​/Clerical

Our facilities team is growing! We are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Receptionist to work at the Global Headquarters located in Cincinnati, OH.

• Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for visitor management and following security protocols at the assigned building entry point(s).
• General office organization, including reception, ordering supplies, faxing, shipping, collaboration with local vendors, etc.
• Perform administrative duties in conformity with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other tasks as needed.

• 2+ years of experience in a professional Assistant/Receptionist position.
• Must have a customer service approach to reception for both external visitors and campus employees.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Software including Word and Outlook. Experience with Microsoft Excel is also preferred.
• Prior experience sorting/distributing mail, shipping and receiving is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
