Data Entry Clerk

Description

Robert Half is seeking detail-oriented Data Entry Clerks for opportunities with clients in the Cincinnati area. In this role, you'll enter and update information, review records for accuracy, and help keep daily office operations organized.

Responsibilities:

- Enter information into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems

- Review records for missing or incorrect information and make updates

- Organize, scan, and maintain electronic and paper files

- Process forms and documents while meeting deadlines

- Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred

- Strong typing skills and attention to detail

- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other common office software

- Ability to handle confidential information professionally

- Strong organizational and time management skills
