Part Time EMIS Coordinator

The Cincinnati College Preparatory Academy (CCPA), the largest K–12 charter school in Southwest Ohio, is seeking an experienced EMIS Coordinator to join our team in a part-time capacity.

Schedule:

Approximately 4 hours per day, 3 days per week (flexible scheduling available)

• Manage accurate data entry into EMIS with attention to deadlines and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with school leadership and administrative staff to ensure data accuracy
• Support submission of student, staff, and district data in accordance with state and sponsor guidelines
• Assist with audits, reviews, and reporting as needed

• Prior EMIS coordination experience required
• Strong knowledge of Ohio Department of Education EMIS reporting requirements
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong communication and technology skills
