• Perform quality work: oil changes, tire rotations, wiper and filter replacements, etc.
• Enter data and communicate with teammates
• Complete vehicle inspections
• Install new oil drain plugs and filters
• Provide excellent customer service, keeping the customer’s perspective first

• One year of lube tech experience preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Willingness to pass pre‑employment drug screening and background check
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to learn new technologies and repair procedures
• Enjoyment of a fast‑paced environment
• Dexterity, steady hand, and hand‑eye coordination
• Team player who collaborates effectively
• Positive, friendly attitude and customer‑service mentality
• Previous dealership experience a plus
• Strong understanding of the service drive a plus
