Auto Body Technician Apprentice

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Body Shop Technician Apprentice
to join our collision repair team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals passionate about automotive repair and eager to learn the trade. Under the guidance of experienced technicians, the apprentice will assist in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition while learning industry-standard techniques and safety practices.

• Assist in disassembling and reassembling vehicle components for repair.
• Support technicians in repairing dents, scratches, and structural damage.
• Learn to use tools and equipment such as welders, sanders, and paint sprayers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and shop procedures.
• Document work performed and parts used.
• Participate in training sessions and certifications as required.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

• Minimum 2 years experience
• Tools required
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Enrollment in or completion of an automotive or collision repair program preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in auto body repair.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
