We are seeking a dedicated Lot Technician to join our dynamic team and help maintain our high standards of excellence.

• $14.00 - $15.00 Per Hour
• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• One Hour Lunch Break
• Full-Time Position With Benefits

As a Lot Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our dealership lot is organized, clean, and welcoming for customers. You will be responsible for managing vehicle inventory and preparing vehicles for display. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute to our dealership's continued success.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, including washing and detailing vehicles as needed.
• Assist in managing vehicle inventory, including moving vehicles to appropriate locations and ensuring proper display standards.
• Ensure all vehicles are prepared for sale, including tagging, marking, and ensuring vehicles meet our cosmetic standards.
• Support the sales team by delivering vehicles to the service department and preparing vehicles for customer pickup.
• Assist with organizing vehicle keys and maintaining a tracking system to ensure easy access to inventory.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
• Adhere to all safety and environmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks, including such as lifting, and walking for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Prior automotive experience is a plus but not required; we offer training for motivated individuals.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a driving record that allows you to drive customers and company vehicles.
