Responsibilities Include:

Perform maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns

Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools and special service equipment

Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and other vehicle systems

Communicate repair findings and additional service recommendations with Service Advisors Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications

Coordinate with the Parts Department to obtain necessary components

Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, and completed work Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and certification programs

Stay current on manufacturer technical information and repair procedures

Maintain productivity while delivering quality workmanship

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking ForRequired3-5+ years of professional Automotive Technician experience

Valid Driver's License Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities

Ability to efficiently complete repairs while maintaining quality standards

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented

Preferred

Mercedes-Benz or luxury automotive dealership experience

Manufacturer certificationsASE certifications

Advanced electrical and diagnostic experience

High-volume dealership experience
