Company is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager with strong credit skills, a business development mindset, and a passion for serving clients with revenues of $10MM+ and borrowing needs in the $3MM–$10MM+ range.
This is a high-impact role for someone ready to build and lead strategic client relationships while bringing the full power of the bank to the table — including treasury, FX, insurance, and wealth solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary relationship lead for middle market clients, delivering comprehensive financial solutions beyond lending.
- Originate, structure, and manage complex credit facilities, including syndicated and club deals.
- Drive new client acquisition while expanding existing relationships.
- Collaborate closely with internal partners across treasury, credit, insurance, wealth, and employee benefits.
- Operate with a team-first, client-centered approach.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5+ years of commercial or business banking experience.
- Strong understanding of credit structuring, underwriting, and risk assessment.
- Experience with complex deal structures (syndicated or club deals highly preferred).
- Proven hunter mentality with an ability to build and manage a portfolio.
- Local market knowledge and a portable book of business are highly desirable.
- Ambition to grow into a leadership role as the team scales.
