Compensation Analyst, Business

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to join our client onsite in Cincinnati, OH. This role supports a long-term Job Architecture Project to ensure compensation structures and job descriptions align with industry standards and support employee growth and mobility.

• Bachelors Degree in Finance or Business Administration (or related field)
• 3+ years of experience working within compensation
• Analytical experience with market data and platforms such as UKG, Time Management System tools, and Excel
• Experience working with market data from outside vendors
• Example vendors:
  Korn Ferry, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, etc.

• Lead compensation analysis efforts to support the ongoing Job Architecture Project.
• Evaluate and refine job descriptions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Analyze employee movement across the organization to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Benchmark compensation data against industry standards to ensure competitiveness and equity.
• Develop and maintain Excel macros and advanced spreadsheets to streamline compensation analytics.
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Provide day-to-day support on various compensation-related projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Management, and business leaders to implement compensation strategies.
