D-Commerce Content Specialist

Our client, in the consumer packaged goods manufacturing industry, is seeking a d-Commerce Content Specialist to join their team. This position will play a pivotal role in supporting the Grocery d-Commerce team by ensuring the optimization of content across various grocery retailers. The ideal candidate will have digital content, organization, and communication skills that align successfully within the organization.

• Location: 100% Remote
• Pay Range: $30 - $37 hourly (W2)

• Maintain and enhance product content to maximize visibility, engagement, and sales.
• Collaborate with the Grocery d-commerce team to optimize product content across different online platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
• Utilize tools such as Syndigo, Salsify, and Accenture to manage product content efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and grocery retailers (Kroger, Meijer, HEB, Albertsons, ADUSA, Wakefern) to align on content requirements, resolve issues, and drive content strategies.
• Take ownership of content initiatives from inception to execution, ensuring follow-up and accountability.

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of digital content experience.
• Project management skills.
• Proficiency in Syndigo, Salsify, or similar platforms, and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, dashboards).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and derive insights.
• Excellent prioritization, multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
