Investment Operations Associate Job Profile
The Investment Operations Associate provides operational and administrative support to the Investment Operations team. This role requires a motivated and detail-oriented data professional with a focus on ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across our systems. The ideal candidate will be skilled in identifying discrepancies, optimizing data workflows, and supporting various teams with the tools and insights needed to serve our clients.
The Investment Operations Associate may act as a resource to other associate team members.
- Assist the team to consistently deliver an efficient and superior client experience, with a satisfaction-mean rating of 9.5 or better.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems through regular audits and validation.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies, duplicates, and inconsistencies to maintain integrity.
- Assist with data entry processes and support cleanup efforts to improve usability and efficiency.
- Contribute to the improvement and efficiency of systems and workflows, collaborating with IT on system updates, integrations, and improvements
- Assist advisory and specialist teams with data retrieval and reporting.
- Increase familiarity with data governance, quality standards, and best practices.
- Display initiative in executing assigned projects, proactively identify issues, and apply critical thinking to deliver solutions to both clients and advisors, earning the continued confidence of your team members.
- Demonstrate proficiency in core responsibilities and relevant technology platforms, providing support to the investment operations team.
- Assist in executing client-related operational tasks across portfolio reporting, trading platforms, and CRM systems to ensure seamless internal workflows.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Strong academic track record, including the achievement of a bachelor’s degree.
- 1 – 2 years related experience preferred.
- Moderate to advanced Excel experience with success in maintaining and organizing data. Skilled in formula developments, such as VLOOKUPs, filtering/sorting, and other efficiencies.
- A positive, client-centric mindset with the initiative and drive to exceed expectations.
- Ability to coordinate across teams and manage internal processes, with a high attention to detail.
- Self-motivated to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
- Demonstrate initiative to grow both personally and professionally as our industry and firm change.
- Prolonged periods of working on a computer and occasional periods sitting.
- May have to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Minimal travel required. Frequent attendance at internal meetings required.
- Occasional attendance at meeting with outside partners.
- Travel outside the region may be required for business and/or professional development.
