- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred.
- Occupancy certification skills and experience preferred.
- Excellent grammar and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Ability to see, hear, or use suitable aids to perform essential functions.
- Ability to work with disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, or hostile individuals.
- Ability to communicate with residents of all behavior and acuity levels.
- Intermittent movement throughout the day.
- Ability to cope with mental and emotional stress.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Not a threat to workplace health or safety.
- Reliable attendance.
- Provides outstanding customer service in line with ERS’s expectations and values, and takes ownership of resolving concerns.
- Create and maintain a warm, welcoming environment and ensure guests comply with rules.
- Support the Community team with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, mailing, composing and typing confidential/medical materials, formatting documents, managing the monthly calendar and physician/activity sign‑up sheets, and assisting with policy development and coordination.
- Ensure all recertification paperwork is signed, sent, and verified per HUD and Tax Credit regulations; assist residents with the recertification process.
- Assist walk‑in applicants with completing applications.
- Innovate new ideas and processes to benefit residents and staff.
- Provide requested items to residents such as keys, mailboxes, etc.
- Receive rent payments, record them in One Site, and prepare deposits.

Location:
Cincinnati, OH. Salary range: $32,000.00–$43,000.00.
