Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and within scope. You will serve as a key link between teams, clients, and management to maintain clear communication and efficient workflows.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays
- Assist in resource allocation and task management
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
