Legal Compliance Analyst

As a TQL Legal Compliance Analyst you will assist the Legal Department in the development, enhancement, retention, and documentation of compliance-related activities.

• Research and interpret laws and regulations to keep TQL, its subsidiaries and affiliates ahead of the compliance curve
• Develop, update, and implement compliance manuals, policies, and procedures
• Monitor and audit organizational processes to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate across departments, subsidiaries, and affiliates to coordinate compliance activities and share best practices
• Prepare insightful reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing compliance data
• Champion quality service by upholding and enhancing organizational standards
• Contribute to a high‑performing team, taking on new challenges and projects as needed

• 2–4 years of experience in legal, compliance, audit, or regulatory environments
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
• Acute attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem‑solving, and a passion for learning
• Strong ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and an evolving regulatory landscape
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online legal research
