Pay Rate:$35-$40hr on W2

We are seeking a Process Data Analyst Level 2 to support data-driven decision-making and operational improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to transform complex datasets into meaningful and actionable business insights.

This role will work closely with field teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to identify trends, monitor performance, evaluate new processes, and develop recommendations that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and present findings to business stakeholders and leadership.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards

• Perform pre- and post-launch analysis for pilots, new initiatives, and process changes.
• Validate data and perform audits to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reports.
• Lead stakeholder meetings to define KPIs, metrics, measurement plans, and reporting requirements
  .
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
  .
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven recommendations that improve customer experience and operational efficiency
  .
• Develop and maintain store- and department-level savings estimation models
  .
• Serve as a technical and analytical advisor to field teams and corporate leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through data analysis and performance measurement.

• Experience in data analysis, business analytics, process analytics, or a related field
  .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking
  .
• Strong experience communicating analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data validation, auditing, and quality assurance.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical/reporting tools

• Experience with operational/process improvement initiatives.
• Experience developing savings, cost-benefit, ROI, or financial impact models
  .
• Experience analyzing pilot programs or measuring the impact of new processes.
• Experience working with retail, field operations, customer experience, or other large-scale operational environments.
