Role Summary Program Managers are internal operational leads for enterprise clients. They know how to deliver the full range of deal types smoothly, whether a deal is a private instructor-led delivery, a multi-week upskilling or reskilling program, on-demand learning, an accelerator, or a blend of several different services. They bring expertise in how each offering is designed, staffed, run, and maintained, and they put that expertise to work with clients, from kickoffs through regular program syncs.

• Plan and implement delivery for deals that combine instructor-led training, on-demand learning, accelerators, and other offerings, sequencing each component so the client experiences one cohesive program that addresses their needs.
• Participate in meetings with clients to bring a clear point of view on program design, delivery options, and tradeoffs.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client program owners and sponsors in partnership with Customer Success Managers, so clients collaborate with a consistent, knowledgeable delivery partner.
• Translate what clients need into clear internal requirements, plans, and decisions for the delivery team.
• Own program reporting for clients, covering progress, learner engagement and completion, risks, and next steps.
• Track commitments against delivery, surface risk early, and manage escalations.
