  • Remote Option: If the selected candidate lives outside of Key Bank's geographic footprint, the position will be considered fully remote. Available to those residing in the United States.

The Sr Product Manager/ Product Manager, part of Key Commercial Bank, is primarily responsible for all aspects of the product experience including leading and driving the strategic direction to create a best in class product set for the Commercial Bank. The Sr Product Manager/Product Manager role also influences both internal and external stakeholders, providing business development support, leads strategic projects, and has ownership of the P&L.

Key is focused on sound profitable growth requiring knowledge of risk mitigation processes inherent within our product set and being mindful of macro environment drivers that may impact our go to market strategy.

• The role is responsible for:
  • Ability to deliver product training to deepen Key Bank's sales teams' overall product knowledge
  • Working with Key Bank partners including third-party contacts, Fiserv, Elavon, and internal Key Bank teams to drive new merchant acquiring revenue
  • External customer interaction on an as needed basis to help sales deliver solution demos

• Key Deliverables:
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of gateways, CNP payment software, and 3rd party product platforms & configuration required
  • Conduct successful sales demonstrations for sales teams and merchants on a regular basis
  • Provide feedback to the field teams and relevant management on merchant sales team regarding commercialization, marketing, and training efforts
  • Demonstrate excellent technical, relationship building and sales skills, working with internal team, merchants, and outside partners to ensure an optimum understanding of the third-party solutions Key Bank provides
  • Provide up to date and accurate reporting of product sales, commercialization, and marketing efforts

• Sr Product Manager, Partnership Lead:
  • Minimum 7 years of payments experience in Merchant Acquiring Payments Industry. Deep understanding of merchant acquiring space (various emerging technologies, gateways, POS).
  • Prior sales experience in payment software solutions preferred
• Product Manager, Partnership Lead:
  • Minimum 5 years of payments experience in Merchant Acquiring Payments Industry. Deep understanding of merchant acquiring space (various emerging technologies, gateways, POS).
  • Prior sales experience in payment software solutions preferred
• Candidates may be considered for either the Product Manager or Senior Product Manager level based on their experience. Differentiation between levels will be based on the depth of product management expertise, scope and complexity of deliverables owned, strategic decision-making, and demonstrated ability to influence outcomes across teams and stakeholders.

• Solid Technical background in Payments technology
  - Ability to understand, advise sales teams and clients on payment technology and oversee/guide through integration work with 3rd party platforms (like gateways, payment platforms)
• Collaboration with Internal Sales Teams and Stakeholders - ability to deliver custom commercialization, marketing, and training across all Key Bank segments.
