As a FCS Manager you will be responsible for overseeing Family and Community Services specialists and Parent and Youth ambassadors. The primary purpose of these teams is to help individuals in Ohio in various capacities including finding quality childcare, housing, job training, foster care, and more.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in human services, social or equivalent field OR equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in social services, early childhood education, leadership or project management.
- Excellent communicator both oral and written.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to travel between Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio.
4C for Children is a nonprofit agency dedicated to ensuring that all children have quality early learning experiences. We are the largest local provider of training and technical assistance for childcare providers in the region, impacting more than 100,000 children and families each year.
As a member of the 4C team, you will receive a competitive benefits package and enjoy a flexible, casual work environment at our Cincinnati location. Standard work week is 37.5 hours, with work from home on Mondays. During your first year you will earn 16 days of PTO, 12 days of sick time, and 11 paid holidays.
This position can sit in either Cincinnati or Dayton.
