Job Responsibilities- Perform labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance
- Prepare RFI’s and submittals
- Quantitative takeoffs to verify estimates, order materials, and price change orders
- Create and implement job schedules and coordinate with field supervisors and foremen
- Create and manage punch lists and job closeout documentation
- Support the Quality Control measures outlined in the QA/QC program
- Assist in other duties as assigned
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience supporting or managing construction projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.)
- Possess a clear understanding of how to read and interpret specifications and drawings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to learn new skills by engaging in the technical job functions and applying new skills as they're learned
- Strong customer service skills and relationship‑building abilities
- Ability to prioritize and multitask while handling multiple projects concurrently
- Motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and a willingness to take initiative
- Works well under pressure and deadlines
- Possess critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or related discipline
- Experience managing specialty scopes of construction
- OSHA certification
- Local to Cincinnati, OH
