Construction Project Manager / Site Superintendent SERVPRO®

Join a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment where your project management, organization, and customer service skills support our mission: making it “Like it never even happened.” We’re seeking a motivated Construction Project Manager/Site Superintendent to oversee construction projects, lead teams, and ensure exceptional customer experiences from start to finish.

Primary Responsibilities Customer Satisfaction & Project Oversight
  • Manage the customer experience and ensure overall project satisfaction
  • Compile and resolve punch list items
  • Perform final walk‑throughs with customers
  • Secure signed Certificates of Completion and Certificates of Satisfaction from customers
  • Manage all warranty activities
Project Initiation
  • Evaluate and sell projects
  • Educate customers on the construction process
Project Planning
  • Identify and document project scope of work
  • Create and review estimates
  • Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate
  • Review budgets and project timelines
  • Ensure proper permits are acquired
Project Execution
  • Create project schedules and timelines
  • Identify, qualify, and manage subcontractors and resource providers
  • Negotiate terms and set expectations
  • Plan, organize, and manage crews and subcontractors
  • Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers
  • Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and scope of work requirements
  • Other duties as assigned
Customer Support & Communication
  • Maintain clear, professional written and verbal communication with customers, teammates, and stakeholders
  • Support a positive customer experience by providing timely updates and accurate information
Requirements Experience & Skill Set
  • Superb customer service track record
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Intermediate math skills
  • Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check (as allowed by law)
Education & Credentials
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Project management experience preferred
Skills / Physical Demands / Competencies
  • Ability to work on active construction sites, including lifting, bending, and navigating stairs or tight spaces as needed
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
