Construction Field Supervisor needed in the Great State of Ohio

Day‑to‑Day Role:

• Reports to Construction Manager for Exterior Trim and Siding, primarily new construction single family homes.
• Monitor progress for all self-performing work, subcontractor coordination, supervision, and job site safety.
• Blueprint reading, layout and planning of the day‑to‑day work to perform roofing installation or other related tasks.
• Manage scheduling and coordination of subcontractors, labor and materials.
• Daily review of “work in place” and compliance of work with plans.
• Manage overall safety of the job site.
• Maintain daily paperwork such as time cards, field reports, etc.

Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in residential sidings installation and/or general construction.
• Solid working knowledge of exterior trim and siding installation, and general construction.
• Supervisor and subcontractor experience.
• Ability to travel from job site to job site.
