In this role, you’ll be at the center of our project development—analyzing plans, collaborating with teams, and driving winning bids. Your work will directly shape the success of our projects and ensure client satisfaction. Your attention to detail and thorough understanding of commercial construction practices will be instrumental in accurately assessing project costs, facilitating successful bidding processes, and ultimately contributing to the profitability and success of our projects.

You will collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure comprehensive pricing coverage and adherence to project requirements. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and innovative thinking to enhance our estimating procedures and optimize project outcomes.

• Pre-Bid Preparation: Review bid requirements, select subcontractors/vendors, manage bid invitations.
• Estimating & Analysis: Perform quantity take-offs, pricing, and cost comparisons.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors; attend pre-bid meetings.
• Continuous Improvement: Enhance estimating processes and maintain accurate project documentation.

• Divisions of work primarily 4 through 12, bid form completion, and bid day cost summaries.

• Must-Have: 5 years commercial construction experience, BS in Construction Management or Engineering, software proficiency (Excel, Bluebeam).
• Preferred:
  Experience with general contracting, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, collaborative work style.
