Base Pay Range

We are looking for a dynamic, detail‑oriented, and experienced Estimator to join our thriving team. • Developing comprehensive, detailed, and well‑organized estimates and proposals in response to RFI and RFP's.
• Analyzing and comprehending project plans, requirements, and specifications.
• Managing the bid process and strategy, including reviewing and evaluating bid documents, estimating the cost of projects, and preparing bid packages.
• Collaborating with project management teams to track and analyze project costs, manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key vendors and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
• Utilizing your knowledge of drywall to accurately estimate project costs.
• Performing risk and contract management responsibilities as required.
• Providing detailed reports to the project team and management on project financials, implementation progress, and risk analysis.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an estimator in the Construction industry.
• Proven experience with the bid process, big packages, cost estimation, project management, RFI process, and drywall.
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical abilities.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work.
• Proficiency in relevant software programs, including cost estimation and project management software.
• The ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• The capacity to work independently, as well as part of a team.
