Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Site Superintendent to join our client to oversee on‑site construction operations and ensure the successful execution of high‑performance cleanroom and commercial building projects. This position plays a pivotal role in managing subcontractors, maintaining site safety, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards. This is a direct‑hire opportunity based out of Cincinnati, OH, requiring extensive travel to project sites across the United States.

Compensation: Up to $120,000 annually, plus per diem and travel accommodations.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, standard business hours; travel every other week to project sites.

Key Responsibilities of the Site Superintendent:

• Oversee all on‑site activities for construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and vendors, maintaining open communication and accountability for project deliverables.
• Utilize Procore and related project management tools to track progress, document activities, and communicate updates with project managers and clients.
• Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and quality control checks to maintain a compliant and efficient worksite.
• Monitor daily labor, manage materials and equipment logistics, and maintain project schedules and reports.
• Represent the company on‑site as the primary contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills for the Site Superintendent:

• Strong background in commercial construction; cleanroom or technical facility experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software.
• Ability to travel up to 95% of the time to sites throughout the U.S.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to read blueprints, interpret technical documentation, and oversee complex construction processes.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Valid driver’s license required; OSHA 30 certification preferred.
